The Terminal Support Worker will deliver the business requirements to the customer/s in line with commercial agreements and customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) whilst ensuring that business requirements are delivered safely.Rail is one of the safest and most eco-friendly means of transport with one single freight train able to carry enough materials to build 30 houses. Our services replace the equivalent of over 22 million truck movements every year, saving 7 million tonnes of carbon emissions!
