Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:Lead the tendering process, including tender invitations, analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive tender reports.Deliver a wide range of building surveying services across diverse projects and sectors.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery for each project.Manage projects from inception to completion, including drafting specifications, schedules of work, and applying a structured, detail-oriented approach.
