Our Bury based client is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. This excellent role is three days in the office and two days working from home. Duties include:Sole responsibility for the purchase ledger including processing invoices and statement reconciliationsDealing with and resolving supplier queriesManaging the purchase ledger mailboxSetting up new suppliers and customer accountsPreparing weekly and monthly payment runsBank reconciliationsAssisting with VAT returnsIntercompany reconciliationsAny other transactional accounting dutiesYou must have strong purchase ledger experience to be considered for this role.
