Repair Technician

Our client is looking for a hands-on, dual-function role combining warehouse duties with technical support and repair for a growing, international company. You ll support both customers and internal teams, balancing repairs and inspections with warehouse logistics and product assembly.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: Experience in maintenance, service, or systems repairWorking knowledge of plumbing and/or electrics is a plusAble to work independently and handle a varied workloadComfortable with customer-facing responsibilitiesProficient with digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)Has own transport to use for site visits Within this position, you ll also be:Technical Support Provide technical advice to both internal teams and external customersCollaborate with customer service to resolve issues and support improvementsConduct maintenance, inspections, and repairsSupport the sales team with technical input and queriesVisit customers for on-site repairs and troubleshooting Warehouse Operations Receive deliveries, plan storage, and organise warehouse spacePick, pack, and dispatch orders, including assembly of portable unitsPrepare goods for shipping: packaging, labelling, and loadingOperate warehouse machinery, including forkliftsCheck outgoing goods against invoices and report damages when necessaryLiaise with departments, especially sales, to ensure seamless operations Working hours and Salary Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm£28,800 per annumFree
