My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver a major HS2 scheme in Brackley, with an immediate start available. The role will focus on drainage and structures, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong heavy civils background. Site Manager Responsibilities: Toolbox talks Client liaison Stakeholder liaison Health and safety compliance Ordering materials Managing day-to-day site operations Supervising subcontractors and site teams Managing the delivery of drainage and structural works Overseeing reinforced concrete and associated civils works Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation Overseeing quality control, inspections and as-built records Supporting the Project Manager with programme delivery and reporting Site Manager Requirements: Black or Gold CSCS SMSTS Previous experience managing major infrastructure or heavy civil engineering projects Experience delivering drainage and structures is essential Previous HS2 experience would be advantageous Strong civils background Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements IT literate Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
