The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of major projects, lead multi-disciplinary design teams and work closely with clients, consultants and project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.The successful candidate will have experience working within a complex construction environment and will be responsible for driving design quality, managing risk and ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, statutory requirements and client expectations.
