We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a well-established business based in Bourne End. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and an interest in finance to join a supportive team and gain valuable experience across day-to-day finance operations.
Working closely with the finance team, you will help ensure invoices are processed accurately, financial information is kept up to date and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the finance inbox and directing queries appropriately.
• Processing supplier invoices and inputting financial data.
• Checking invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Maintaining financial records, spreadsheets and electronic filing systems.
• Assisting with supplier queries and general account administration.
• Supporting the finance team with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
• Identifying discrepancies and liaising with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Helping ensure financial records are accurate, organised and up to date.

About You:

• Previous experience in administration, finance administration or accounts support.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• A proactive, reliable approach with a willingness to learn.
• A positive team player with good communication skills.
