Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiatedandnbsp;lessons in line with theandnbsp;KS1 National Curriculum
- Create aandnbsp;stimulating,andnbsp;safe, andandnbsp;inclusiveandnbsp;classroom environment that encouragesandnbsp;curiosity,andnbsp;independence, andandnbsp;resilience
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formativeandnbsp;andandnbsp;summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform next steps
- Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academicandnbsp;andandnbsp;personal development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;enrichment activities,andnbsp;school events, andandnbsp;collaborative planning
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching inandnbsp;Key Stage 1andnbsp;(desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflectiveandnbsp;andandnbsp;adaptableandnbsp;practitioner with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
- Possess excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonalandnbsp;skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional developmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;team collaboration
