Initially the focus of your role will involve key account management, to build rapport and trusting relationships with existing clients to proactively upsell products and services. You will also be involved in lead generation, conversion of inbound enquiries, tender proposal management and managing sales pipeline to track current and lost opportunities to help shape strategies for growth.
