To accelerate growth, we re building out our marketing function and looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead a small, high-impact team of two. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a customer-led, insight-driven marketing function from the ground up. What you ll do Define and execute a marketing strategy that drives acquisition, retention, and brand strength Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability Establish clear processes and procedures to develop and scale the marketing function Build customer-led campaigns that translate insights into measurable impact Bolster the company s marketing proposition with clear positioning and storytelling Partner with product and commercial teams to align marketing with business growth objectives What we re looking for Must have SaaS platform experience, ideally within learning tech or adjacent sectors Proven track record in driving growth scaling marketing functions and delivering measurable results Strong expertise in insight-led and customer-led marketing approaches Experience in establishing and embedding marketing processes and procedures Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
