Sous Chef - Fantastic Opportunity with Award Winning RestaurantA Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Norfolk for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their award winning Fine Dining Restaurant.This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for dinner service only so no lunches. This is a fantastic Sous Chef opportunity.Salary and BenefitsSalary package to £40k including tips5 days from 7 - Start at 12 noon - no splits or earlies47.5 hour weekStaff Meals and DiscountsOff site accommodation provided if requiredThe RoleWorking in the award winning kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal produceEncouraging and managing the Junior ChefsPreparing meals using fresh ingredients on a daily basis. All dishes made on site dailyKitchen Management duties - supporting Head and Sous ChefThe PersonYou will already be a Sous Chef or a strong CDP or Junior Sous Chef looking for promotion.Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skillsExperience of working in fresh food kitchens ideally to 2AA rosette level or higherHighly motivated and focused.
