You will play a key role in helping students feel supported, included, and confident in their learning environment.The Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to provide tailored support to pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Your responsibilities may include:Supporting pupils with their academic learning across the curriculumAssisting with behaviour management and emotional regulationImplementing individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP strategiesEncouraging positive social interaction and independenceSupporting pupils during transitions and unstructured timesCreating a calm, safe and inclusive learning environmentOpportunities are available across both primary and secondary settings, offering you the chance to work with different age groups and a variety of needs.The Ideal Candidate: We are keen to hear fro
