An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered or recently Chartered Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career, working within a growing team and taking responsibility for a varied portfolio of building surveying and project management commissions. You will work across a diverse range of sectors, including education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, defence and residential, delivering projects from inception through to completion. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, develop strong client relationships and play an active role in supporting the development of junior team members. The Role As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will: Lead and deliver a range of building surveying projects from inception through to completion. Manage projects of varying sizes and complexity, including schemes with individual values of up to £5m. Undertake project management, contract administration and site supervision duties. Manage feasibility studies, concept design, planning applications, building control and project delivery. Prepare specifications, tender documentation and contract documentation, including NBS specifications.
