You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, producing accurate components and ensuring consistently high standards of quality and efficiency. Suitable applicants will have previous CNC setting and operating experience, ideally using Fanuc controls, alongside the ability to interpret engineering drawings and make the necessary tooling and offset adjustments. Install and set tooling, workholding equipment and fixtures. Input and adjust tool geometry and wear offsets. Complete routine tool changes to maintain quality and production efficiency. Work accurately from engineering drawings, specifications and production documentation. Identify and resolve machining issues within agreed parameters.
