In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them sustain their tenancies, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities. You will play a key part in resolving tenancy issues, addressing breaches, and empowering residents to successfully manage their homes and communities.What you''ll be doingDevelop and maintain effective customer relationships, through which the needs and expectations of the customer can be understood and delivered against.Adopt a multi-agency service delivery approach, where required, to enhance the community or improve the lives of individuals.
