About usAvencia has partnered with a global insurer seeking to recruit a Senior Underwriting Operations Analyst for their London office.This role will sit within either the Longtail Hub or the Private Clients and Crisis Management Hub.The Longtail Hub provides operational support to the Professional and Financial Lines and Credit and Political Risk underwriting teams. The Private Clients and Crisis Management Hub supports the Crisis Management, Contingency, AandH, Fine Art, and Bloodstock teams. Key accountabilitiesUnderwriting Administration: Manage the team mailbox, maintain accurate records in Doxis, and complete data entry across eNora and other relevant systems, ensuring an efficient end-to-end workflow.Data Quality: Take ownership of policy data input, ensuring compliance with quality protocols and maintaining error rates in line with company standards.Relationship Management: Deliver high-quality service to underwriters and brokers, foster strong working relationships, and collaborate with the wider Operations team to achieve shared goals.
