PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Monday to Friday
Shift pattern - You choose!  Anywhere between 6am starts and 10.30pm finishes

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a successful and growing local business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience operating embroidery machines who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a  permanent position.

The company can offer a flexible full-time working pattern, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to balance work around other commitments whilst maintaining full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality finished products
Setting up machines and ensuring production runs efficiently
Monitoring quality standards throughout the embroidery process
Preparing materials and products for production
Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any faults
Supporting the wider production team as required

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience operating embroidery machines is essential
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work

What's on Offer:

£13.50 per hour
Full-time hours with flexibility around start and finish times
