You''ll be building relationships with candidates and clients across critical infrastructure sectors, including data centres, water, nuclear and highways.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Speaking to candidates and helping them secure their next career move

• Building relationships with businesses and understanding their hiring needs

• Identifying new opportunities and developing your own network

• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Working towards individual and team targets
