Senior Care Team Leader Location: In-person Contract: Full-time or Part-time Salary: -15.50 - -17.00 per hour Shifts: 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, or 8am-9pm (includes supernumerary hours for audits)

What you''ll bring:

  Minimum 2 years'' experience in elderly care
• 
  Strong leadership and communication skills
• 
  Ability to mentor and supervise staff

  Confidence in administering medication and conducting audits

  Understanding of CQC standards and care planning

Key responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care
• 
  Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and mentor senior carers
• 
  Promote independence, dignity, and choice for residents
• 
  Oversee medication administration and training updates
• 
  Develop enriched care plans and engage residents in activities
• 
  Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
