Our leading-client is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures across all hotel departments,-and overseeing hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Operations Manager will ensure effective performance management and contribute to the strategic business plan
• Maximise revenue opportunities
• Prioritise the customer experience by analysing guest feedback and implementing action plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to lead recruitment efforts and foster team development
• Promote a culture of service excellence
• Delegate General Manager responsibilities as needed and ensure smooth hotel operations

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience and a successful track record of managing at HOD level-
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a-team
• Extensive experience in creating and implementing strategies
• The Operations Manager will be highly commercially driven
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a good team player
• Experience managing a busy team to improve performance
