Internal Account ManagerYou''ll take ownership of day-to-day client performance, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, contract terms, and profitability expectations. Building long-term relationships with both clients and the supply chain will be central to driving service excellence and supporting sustained business growth. Contracted hours Monday- Friday 8:30-17:30 or 8:00-17:00.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure a consistent, world-class service delivery to the client and managing agentsProvide key account support via email, telephone, and customer meetingsMonitor, action, and ensure adherence to customer SLAs / KPIsDevelop and deliver a high standard of customer communicationBuild, develop, and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholdersInvestigate issues and drive problems through to resolutionPrepare reports for the client and internal stakeholdersMaintain and update client tracking systems (spreadsheets, web portals, FM systems)Manage monthly invoicing submission spreadsheets (collation and accuracy)Monitor and report on engineer adherence to client site processes/requirementsAct as an escalation point for client-related issuesImplement continuous improvement plans to strengthen service performanceMaintain data integrity on internal systems in relation to the client accountSupport the wider Key Accounts team when requiredEnsure account meets targets operationally and financiallyWork with the Service Operations Director on asset replacement/upgrade planningPro
