Working alongside our healthcare partner Practice Plus Group, we deliver psychosocial interventions to individuals entering custody with substance use needs, and this role is vital in strengthening the link between the service and the people who use it.As our Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, you''ll empower service users to become Health and Wellbeing Champions (HAWCs), trained peer leaders delivering wellbeing support across every wing of the prison.
