The focus of this role is to maintain relationships with approximately 30 IT contractors working on project-based assignments within Financial Services clients, including major banking organisations. You will take ownership of the contractor experience throughout the assignment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that contractors remain engaged, supported and motivated, while also maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal delivery teams. Responsibilities include:Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, acting as their main point of contact throughout their assignmentsConduct regular 1:1 meetings with contractors, Delivery Managers and client project managers to monitor engagement, performance and project progressManage the contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, assignment extensions and offboardingWork closely with internal delivery teams to anticipate future resource requirements and manage contractor allocationsMaintain regular communication with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and any issues are ..... full job details .....
