(Technical Services Manager) - Position Overview Our client, a well-established construction company based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the team you''ll will play a key part in delivering high-quality design and build, office fit-out, and refurbishment projects, including both CAT A and CAT B works.The Technical Services Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all building services (MEP) aspects of projects from tender stage through to completion and handover. The role ensures all technical services are delivered in line with client requirements, programme, cost, and quality expectations.
