You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering commercial and hospitality/leisure projects, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering commercial and leisure projects from feasibility through to completion
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Managing project programmes, budgets, and risk
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients
• Preparing reports and attending client meetings

The ideal Project Manager will have consultancy experience and a background in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• Ideally working towards MRICS, MAPM or equivalent
• Experience delivering commercial, retail, or hospitality projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
