Description

• Oversee all technical aspects of facilities management across a portfolio of properties in London.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to maximise asset performance.
• Monitor and control budgets related to technical services and maintenance.
• Provide technical expertise in the resolution of facilities-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational objectives.
• Produce regular reports on technical performance and compliance.

Profile

A successful Technical Services Lead should have:

• Strong experience within facilities management, specifically in the property industry.
• A solid understanding of technical systems and building maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A qualification in facilities management or a related technical discipline is desirable.
