As a Women''s Services Officer, you will play an important role in delivering and developing dedicated support spaces for women affected by gambling-related harm, whether through their own gambling or that of someone close to them. You will facilitate safe, structured peer support sessions online and face to face, working collaboratively with women with lived experience to shape content that reflects their needs. Through your work, you will help ensure women can access compassionate, gender-responsive support that recognises the complexity of their experiences and supports them on their recovery journey. You will also contribute to the continued development of GamCare''s Women''s Pathway, working closely with colleagues across services to strengthen referral routes and embed good practice in peer support provision.
