This opportunity is ideal for a qualified solicitor (from NQ up to 5 years PQE) who is passionate about working on high-profile, claimant-side litigation and wants to be part of a collaborative, growing team handling complex, high-value cases.What you will be doing as a Litigation Solicitor The successful candidate will support senior solicitors in managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, including environmental nuisance, professional negligence, product liability, financial services disputes, and consumer claims. The team is involved in some of the most significant group and collective actions currently progressing through the High Court and specialist tribunals, including both UK-based and cross-border cases.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the management and progression of complex group claimsDrafting pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, and instructions to counselConducting legal research and reviewing documentation and disclosureLiaising directly with clients to manage expectations and provide updatesSupporting the strategic development of collective claimsPlaying a hands-on role in preparing cases for trialThe experience you will have as a Litigation SolicitorThe firm welcomes applicants from
