Key Responsibilities and Duties: Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality within the Design DepartmentSupport enquiry-stage discussions with customers, providing technical input where required.Manage design review with internal teamOversee project lifecycles alongside the project teamSupport drawing office activities such as enquiry drawings, site surveys, and technical investigationsManage design team goals and activities, monitoring performance. Skills and Experience required: Proven experience in a similar design/projects manager role.Proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD (2D), Inventor (3D), and Autodesk Vault or experience with similar CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks) is considered transferable.A recognised electrical/mechanical degree, ONC, City and Guilds, MBA/M
