Duties: Support and work closely with Tutors and Learners by helping deliver enrichment sessions and educational activities, with a specialist focus on Reading and Literacy. Provide support to both individuals and groups of learners, to ensure learners maintain engagement with course materials and improve self-confidence. Identify individual needs and create, review and maintain effective support plans Create a positive learning environment, engage learners in meaningful experiences, and encourage their personal development.
