Organising meetings and business trips abroad. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronically and physically. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Expenses, Invoicing and payment management. Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the team. ProfileA successful Team Assistant should have: Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience within Private Equity or Investment firms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
