In this role you will be the voice of our clients, delivering outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls, email management, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to high volumes of emails accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate data entry and meet quality standards. Meet daily and weekly performance targets. Escalate issues in line with company procedures. Support additional campaigns as required. Work flexible shifts, including weekends and overnights where needed. Skills and Experience Previous customer service experience essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
