Salary: £26,823–£27,617 per annum

About the Role

We are recruiting a compassionate and reliable Female Night Support Worker to join a specialist residential service supporting young adults with learning and physical disabilities.

You will provide person-centred care on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Support young adults with learning and physical disabilities.
• Deliver 1:1 or 2:1 care following individual support plans.
• Promote independence, choice and wellbeing.
• Follow positive behaviour support strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and effective handovers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care setting is essential.
• Understanding of positive behaviour support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient and reliable attitude.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Ability to travel to Killingworth.
