The Role As a Junior Commercial Estimator, you''ll support the Commercial and Estimating team in preparing competitive, accurate cost submissions for infrastructure projects including: Gas mains replacement Water pipeline installations Diversions and connections Multi-utility infrastructure works Civils and reinstatement packages You''ll gain hands-on experience in tender pricing, cost analysis, subcontractor engagement and commercial risk assessment. Key Responsibilities Assist in reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications Support preparation of detailed cost breakdowns (labour, plant, materials, subcontractors) Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations Help build pricing models using Excel and estimating software Support risk and value engineering discussions Maintain cost databases and historic pricing records Attend internal bid review meetings Assist with handover of successful tenders to project delivery teams You''ll be m
