The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a highly regarded specialist main contractor delivering super-prime residential projects across London and the Home Counties. The business specialises in high-end residential construction, full refurbishments, extensions, basements, new-builds, structural works and bespoke interiors, with projects ranging from period townhouses and listed properties through to large-scale private residences. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator who is passionate about high-quality construction, complex projects and attention to detail, and who wants to work within a growing, collaborative pre-construction and commercial team. The Role As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates and tenders for a range of super-prime residential projects, working closely with the pre-construction, commercial, design and operational teams. You will play an important role in developing competitive bids while ensuring projects are properly understood, commercially viable and capable of being delivered to the company''s exceptionally high standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for high-end residential projects. Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work and tender documentation.
