Handyperson Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm Ealing Broadway W3 38,000 pa Permanent opportunity working at a large multiple block residential development located near Ealing Broadway. This role requires a multi-trade person experienced in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties typically requiring versatility across plumbing, carpentry and minor electrical work. The Handyperson will have primary focus on track and trace of plumbing faults and support both planned and reactive maintenance throughout the development. Plumbing will involve carrying out minor leak repairs, including tightening or replacing valves, traps, seals, or pipe fittings plus carrying out remedial water damage redecoration including patch repairs, minor plastering and restoration, light painting and decorating tasks. Other work will involve conducting routine inspections and repairs such as lighting, doors, fixtures to help maintain the internal and external building fabric. Applicants will have a City and Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing, Property Maintenance Operations, or Building Services, practical experience in leak detection, general plumbing repairs and residential property maintenance, Health and Safety in Construction Environment Certificate.
