About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic catering team on a freelance, self-employed basis. This is an ongoing opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section, delivering high-quality dishes, and maintaining exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.Manage and maintain your section, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Contribute creative ideas to menu development.Requirements:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.Shifts 0530 - 1330 or 1030 to 1930 hoursStrong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Valid food hygiene certification.Must be self-employed with relevant documentation (e.g., UTR number, public liability insurance).Benefits:
