Your Mission:Lead the charge on food safety, quality, and compliance across the site.Implement and optimise HACCP, CCPs, allergen controls, and traceability systems.Drive internal audits, validations, and verifications with precision.Overhaul and maintain the Quality Manual and Factory Procedures in line with legislation and audit outcomes.Own technical documentation and digital systems for compliance tracking.Spearhead training programmesHACCP, hygiene, allergens, equipment useand ensure staff are confident and compliant.Collaborate with engineering on risk assessments for new equipment and modifications.Lead investigations into customer complaints and manage supplier NCRs.Manage environmental and microbiological testing, ensuring timely submissions and verifications.Deliver monthly technical reports and nutritional data using Nutrica
