You''ll work closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice across all aspects of people management while leading a dedicated HR team. Based in Reading, this is a permanent, full-time position offering up to £60,000 alongside an impressive range of benefits. What you''ll do as Head of HR: Develop and deliver the organisation''s People Strategy, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives. Provide strategic HR guidance to the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and retention. Ensure HR policies, procedures and recruitment practices remain compliant with employment legislation and safeguarding requirements where applicable. Lead on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, restructures and conflict resolution.
