The successful candidate will deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across plumbing and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance, safety, and excellent client service at all times. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems. Attend and resolve reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs across multiple London sites. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on various commercial plumbing and mechanical systems Complete compliance checks and ensure adherence to health and safety legislation. Participate in an on-call rota where required. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience as a Plumbing and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
