As an Experienced Waiter/Waitress, your support to senior management will be essential in upholding high standards and ensuring seamless daily operations.Main Duties: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Engage with guests to take their food and drink orders. Assist in preparing and serving cocktails and wines. Handle incoming bookings from multiple systems to ensure smooth reservation flow. Carrying out daily opening and closing procedures, including table setup, dining area cleanliness, and preparation of American service table linens. Supporting light administrative and operational tasks.Other duties to the role may be required.Key Qualities: At least 1 years'' experience at head waiter/ waitress level in a busy restaurant. Passion for authentic Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality. Knowledge of reservation systems and POS/ till systems. Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including allergens and intolerances.
