Are you a Project Manager with a strong mechanical HVAC background, looking for a role where you can manage projects from initial enquiry and pricing through to completion?

On offer is the opportunity to take ownership of a range of commercial M&E projects, managing the full project lifecycle including surveys, pricing, procurement, delivery, financial management and handover.

You will be responsible for managing projects including plant room and boiler room replacements, chiller replacements, VRV/VRF systems and AHU replacement or refurbishment. You will also be expected to understand the technical requirements of mechanical services installations and be confident pricing works, including materials, labour and pipework.

This role would suit a commercially aware Mechanical Project Manager who has hands-on knowledge of mechanical building services and has previously managed projects, engineers and project finances through to successful completion.

The Role:

• Manage projects from initial enquiry, survey and pricing through to delivery, O&M''s and completion
• Deliver mechanical M&E projects including plant/boiler room, chiller, VRV/VRF and AHU replacement/refurbishment
• Manage project finances from estimating and procurement through to monthly margin monitoring and financial reporting
• Manage in-house engineers/fitters, subcontractors and client relationships, with responsibility for repeat project delivery

The Person:

• Mechanical Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services
• Experience delivering plant room/boiler room, chiller, VRV/VRF and AHU projects
• Commercially aware, with experience pricing works, managing project budgets and monitoring margins
• Experience managing engineers/fitters and maintaining long-term client relationships
