Major Nuclear Infrastructure Project Long-Term Contract We''re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to support a major engineering package at Hinkley Point C. This role is ideally suited to a commercially strong QS with proven FIDIC contract experience. What''s on offer? £550 £650 per day (depending on experience/location) Off-payroll contract on the basis of 30 day subcontract payment terms and adequater insurance provision Long-term contract Hybrid working with site visits two days per week Contract on one of Europe''s largest and most prestigious infrastructure projects The role You''ll provide commercial support across a major engineering package, including: Administering and managing FIDIC contracts Commercial reporting and cost control Managing change, compensation events and contractual entitlement Valuations, forecasting and financial reporting Managing subcontractor accounts and commercial risk Supporting project delivery teams with contractual advice Building strong relationships with the client and wider project stakeholders We''re looking for Proven experience as a PQS or Senior Quantity Surveyor Essential: Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts Background in MEICA major infrastructure, energy or nuclear projects Excellent commercial and contractual awareness Strong communication and stakeholder ..... full job details .....
