The role may involve one-to-one support, small group work, or general classroom assistance across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience and the needs of the school.Responsibilities:Supporting children with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needsWorking collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionalsDelivering interventions and differentiated support to help pupils access the curriculumPromoting an inclusive and supportive classroom environmentMonitoring and reporting on pupil progress to the SENCO and class teacherThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school settingA calm, patient and empathetic approachStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effect
