Amazing opportunity We have an amazing opportunity for an Engineering Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across Level 1 5 courses to full-time and part-time learners aged 16+. You ll support curriculum development, create engaging learning materials, and help drive student success. Key Responsibilities Teach a range of engineering subjects using practical and theory-based methods Plan lessons, develop course materials, and assess student work Provide academic and pastoral support to help learners reach their potential Contribute to curriculum development and new course delivery Support recruitment activities, student reviews, and progress monitoring Work collaboratively with the Course Leader and teaching team What We re Looking For Level 5 Engineering qualification (or equivalent) GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one Industry experience in engineering (e.g., CAD, manufacturing, mechanical, electrical) Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate learners Join a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding education and creating opportunities for every student to succeed.
