We''re recruiting three Senior Healthcare Assistants to join a well-established care home in Wrexham, where your skills and dedication will make a real difference every day.
What You''ll Do:Provide high-quality personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility supportSupervise and support junior care staffContribute to care planning and ensure care is delivered to the highest standardsAdminister and record medications (following training and protocols)Monitor and report changes in resident''s health and wellbeingMaintain clear communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionalsKeep accurate and up-to-date care recordsPromote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
What We''re Looking For:Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred)Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care roleStrong leadership and communication skillsProof of right to work in the UK and National InsuranceAbility to commit to 36 hours per weekOwn transport is essential due to limited public transport access
