We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a well-established construction main contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organising and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and distributed to the relevant teams throughout the construction process. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Design Teams and subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of projects from initial stages through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, technical submissions, schedules and reports. Set up and maintain document registers, project folders, distribution lists and electronic filing systems. Ensure all project information is correctly uploaded, issued, tracked and archived using the company''s document management system. Maintain accurate revision control, ensuring project teams have access to the latest approved drawings and documentation. Coordinate the distribution of information between Project Managers, Site Managers, design teams, consultants and subcontractors. Maintain trackers for drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, approvals and outstanding project information. Monitor submission deadlines, follow up outstanding documentation and highlight potential delays to project teams.
