Job Title: Electronics Assembly Technician Job Type: Permanent; 37.5-hour week Salary: £25,000 per annum Location: Barnstaple Responsibilities of the Electronics Assembly Technician: Assemble components with accuracy following detailed build instructions or customer drawings. Manufacture products in a timely manner to meet deadlines and time restraints Complete tasks in accordance with both General Manufacturing and Aerospace controls (IPC 610/620 and ISO9001 or AS9100 standards) Maintain a zero defects, right first-time attitude Promote a continuous improvement approach in all tasks Work within a zero-harm culture Working as a willing, competent member of a team with a continuous improvement attitude. Flexible in approach with willingness to learn new skills, such as IPC 610/620 or ISO as necessary Ability to work in an orderly manner and organised in a 6S environment.
