That''s this job. You''ll join a growing systems integration and trials team working on naval based air defence systems, taking equipment from the lab through to sea trials and live firing trials. It''s varied, hands on, and genuinely consequential work, with UK and overseas travel built into the role. What you''ll actually do Plan, generate, and execute trials alongside systems engineering and design teams Investigate and resolve design issues using real trials data Run post trials data analysis and write up findings Prepare and deliver Trials Readiness Reviews, internally and externally Get involved across the full range of testing, laboratory integration, ground trials, harbour and sea trials, firing trials, including some conducted abroad Support lab management, including risk assessments, asset control, and safety What you''ll need (essential) Solid experience in systems integration, test, or trials work, ideally in defence, naval, or another safety critical engineering environment Comfortable working across electrical, mechanical, or electronic interfaces Confident communicating with engineers, subcontractors, and management alike Eligible for UK security clearance, meaning British citizenship or dual UK nationality with British citizenship ..... full job details .....
