Manage food orders and budgets efficiently to minimise waste. Ensure allergy protocols and dietary routines are strictly followed. What You''ll Need: Experience cooking in a domestic or commercial setting. Strong understanding of dietary requirements and food allergies. Knowledge of COSHH and food hygiene standards.
